Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One person per account; teams use the Team plan.

Your content

You keep all rights to texts you add. By marking a text public you grant other users permission to import it into their own libraries. Don't share content you don't have the right to share.

Acceptable use

No abuse, scraping, reverse engineering of rate limits, or uploading unlawful content. We may remove public content that violates these terms.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of first purchase.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is. We'll give notice before material changes to these terms.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
